RSA adapter login loop issue

This issue occurs when attempting to login to an RSA adapter via a browser.

After authenticating with the RSA adapter the web page gets stuck in a loop alternating between
http://ip-address/private/saa_diff_client.ssi
and
http://ip-address/private/chgpwd.ssi

To fix login to the RSA adapter using telnet and change the password.

The dialog below shows the message generated by the RSA card after authenticating and the subsequent password change to passw0rd. (You can even change back to the current password to fix this issue so as not to actually change the password.)
